However, the hotel lacked inviting seating areas outside the rooms, leaving little option to relax in a comfortable environment. Access to the casino bar required showing identification and waiting, which felt unnecessary for a simple drink request. Additionally, the noise levels from the casino area could be distracting. Overall, the hotel excelled in room quality and service but could enhance communal spaces.
